KUALA LUMPUR – To maintain the positive energy among workmates, Ms. Suraya our Manager has implemented this method named NO CBEG in the company. As you can see from the photo above, C stands for Complaint, while B is Blame, E is Excuse and G for Gossip. Ms. Suraya once said,
“Instead of complaining, why don’t you try to find a way to tackle the problems? No one can evade their problems but to face it and deal with it!”
